Sherry Wallace
Director of MBA Admissions
AMBS Class of 2010:
Our time together on campus has passed way too quickly. Feels like you just got here, and already, we are saying farewell. Thank you for sharing yourselves and for embracing UNC Kenan-Flagler. You have contributed so much – both in and outside the classroom. Your academic excellence initiative improved grades. Your leadership and visibility within the school shaped this community. Your partnership with MBA Admissions attracted more outstanding students that will enrich our alumni network. You raised the bar for your successors.
As you leave Chapel Hill, I hope you will keep your Kenan-Flagler fire burning. Kenan-Flagler needs you to be deliberate, visible ambassadors. You will distinguish our School by being great at what you do. The results you achieve and the impact you have on your organizations will reflect on our community. You will have opportunities to influence your new networks to engage with Kenan-Flagler. Encourage them to apply here, to hire our students, to sponsor, to share their leadership lessons, to send you back for Executive Development training. Through you and your networks, the Kenan-Flagler brand will grow.
It’s been a pleasure spending the past two years with you. Congratulations on your graduation, and best of luck with your new endeavors.
The admissions team and I look forward to connecting with you when we visit your cities in the fall!
Best wishes,
Sherry Wallace, Class of 1987
