Career goals:
My career goals are to leverage my background in
financial services and energy into a career that entails investment banking
within an energy coverage group.
Why did you choose Kenan-Flagler?
The decision to attend Kenan-Flagler was not a difficult one. I appreciate the fact that the school
has an even balance of students pursuing a range of career paths, the curriculum comprises of a good mix between case and lecture and lastly the reputation of the professors is truly 1st class.
How will you define success within the MBA program?
I believe a successful MBA candidate must be able to think of business problems in the context of a multidisciplinary framework.
A strong MBA program enable its students to do so through a learning experience that extends beyond the walls of the classroom; UNC offers students many opportunities through club participation and case competitions.
What are you looking to gain the most during your first year experience?
I am looking to build a strong network that extends beyond my own interests and career pursuits.
What does Your Kenan-Flagler and Consortium network mean to you?
Consortium network has allowed me to form life time relationships with people inside and outside of UNC Kenan-Flagler. The Consortium network is prestigious and is highly regarded by the top employers.

What three words define who you are, and why?
Friendly – Driven – Ambitious
I believe that no person is an island, and for one to achieve their potential they need to be a good relationship manager, set high standards and be able to pursue the power of one’s conviction.
What is an interesting personal fact that you would like to share?
I was born in Ghana and have lived in the United Kingdom.
